Working with over 100 housing associations across the UK, we help landlords strengthen relationships with residents, improve satisfaction, and evidence compliance with regulatory standards including TSMs and the Consumer Standards. Our secure, web-based platform enables targeted communications, multi-channel surveys (digital, SMS, phone and postal), and real-time insight dashboards — all in one place. By combining smart technology with practical sector expertise, we help housing providers close the feedback loop, drive service improvements, and put resident voice at the heart of decision-making.

Stop Social Housing Stigma

Stop Social Housing Stigma (SSHS) is a national tenant-led organisation campaigning to identify, reduce and tackle social housing stigma. It was set up in the post Grenfell period by tenants following tenants identifying to Government that their most important priority was the issue of social housing stigma - feeling like second class citizens and an underclass. In 2025, SSHS produced a Tackling Stigma Journey Planner aimed at assisting tenants and landlords to work together to tackle stigma. SSHS is also currently carrying out a national tenant stigma survey – currently demonstrating the long journey ahead of the sector to tackle stigma.
