The Customer Experience and Resident Engagement conference is supported by the Tenant Advisory Panel from the Together with Tenants initiative. Housing association residents help create content, speak on panels, take part in roundtables and are involved in the exhibition of this conference. In 2025, we want to increase resident involvement in this event further and we are introducing a new ticket type to support more residents to attend.
NHF housing association member organisations who would like a resident or delegation of residents to be part of Customer Experience and Resident Engagement 2025 can book places for their residents at the significantly reduced rate of just £150 per person. To make this booking, please contact our Customer service team at events@housing.org.uk. These tickets can be booked separately or together with staff tickets.
