The Customer Experience and Resident Engagement conference is supported by the Tenant Advisory Panel of Together with Tenants. Housing association residents help create content, speak on panels, take part in roundtables and are involved in the exhibition of this conference. We want to increase resident involvement in this event further and we are introducing a new ticket type.

NHF members who wish to pay for residents can do so for only £150 per ticket. You must make this booking by contacting our team at events@housing.org.uk. These can be booked separately or together with staff tickets.
