Our 2026 residents' ticket ballot is open.

We are giving 15 free tickets away to the residents of housing associations that are members of the NHF. Housing associations or residents can apply for these tickets until Friday 7 November. Please make sure to read the full terms and conditions before applying using the links below.

NHF members can also purchase resident tickets at the special price of £150 each. To make this booking, please contact our Customer service team at events@housing.org.uk. These can be booked separately or together with staff tickets.

Ballot Terms and Conditions

The Customer Experience and Resident Engagement resident ballot is a free-prize draw, so there is no guarantee that your application will be successful, but every application will have an equal chance of success.

1. The ticket ballot is open to current member organisations of the National Housing Federation (NHF) or people residing in a home managed by a current NHF member organisation.

2. If applying as a resident of an NHF member organisation, the applicant must provide the name and email of a contact at their housing association who will be used to confirm their residency. A successful application requires this information.
3. Only one application per member organisation or residents (if applying themselves) is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified. If a separate application is made by a resident and a staff member at the same housing association, this will not result in disqualification. However, only one place will be made available. In the scenario of both applications being drawn, the one which is drawn first will be considered successful.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the ballot.
5. The ballot opens on 17 October and closes on 7 November.

7. Winners will be drawn at random using www.randomresults.com
8. 15 successful applicants will each receive one ticket to the Customer Experience and Resident Engagement Conference in London on 24 February. The ticket includes access to the conference, exhibition, lunch and refreshments and networking events.
9. Successful and unsuccessful applicants will informed be after the ballot closes on 7 November.
10. Successful applicants will have two weeks to claim their ticket. If tickets are not claimed on time, they will be cancelled and passed on to another applicant.
11. Tickets are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, please email events@housing.org.uk so that your ticket can be passed on to another applicant.
13. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
14. The successful applicant will be responsible for travel, hotel and any other expenses incurred in attending the Customer Experience and Resident Engagement Conference 2026.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed entries.

18. All delegates of NHF events, including ballot winners promse to abide the Code of Conduct for NHF events.

19. Entry into the free-prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
