Please make your submission by Friday 24 January and read the terms and conditions below.

Ballot Terms and Conditions

The Customer Experience and Resident Engagement resident ballot is a free-prize draw, so there is no guarantee that your application will be successful, but every application will have an equal chance of success.

1. The ticket ballot is open to current member organisations of the National Housing Federation (NHF) or people residing in a home managed by a current NHF member organisation.

2. If applying as a resident of an NHF member organisation, the applicant must provide the name and email of a contact at their housing association who will be used to confirm their residency. A successful application requires this information.
3. Only one application per member organisation or residents (if applying themselves) is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified. If a separate application is made by a resident staff member at the same housing association, this will not result in disqualification. However, only one place will be made available. In the scenario of both applications being drawn, the one which is drawn first will be considered successful.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the ballot.
5. The ballot opens on Tuesday 26 November 2024 and closes on Friday 24 January 2025.
6. The ballot can be found at https://residents.housing.org.uk/attendee-information/resident-tickets.
7. Winners will be drawn at random using https://www.randomdraws.com/uk/
8. 15 successful applicants will each receive one ticket to the Customer Experience and Resident Engagement Conference in London on 25 February. The ticket includes access to the conference, exhibition, lunch and refreshments and networking events.
9. Successful applicants will be informed via email on Monday 27 January 2025.
10. Successful applicants will have five working days to claim their ticket. If tickets are not claimed on time, they will be cancelled and passed on to another applicant.
11. Unsuccessful applicants will be informed by email on Tuesday 28 January 2025.
12. Tickets are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, please email events@housing.org.uk so that your ticket can be passed on to another applicant.
13. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
14. The successful applicant will be responsible for travel, hotel and any other expenses incurred in attending the Customer Experience and Resident Engagement Conference 2025.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed entries.
16. Promoter: The National Housing Federation, 25 Procter Street, London, WC1V 6NY.
17. No correspondence will be entered into and the promoter’s decision is final.
18. Entry into the free-prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
