NHF housing association member organisations who would like a resident or delegation of residents to be part of Customer Experience and Resident Engagement 2025 can book places for their residents at the significantly reduced rate of just £150 per person. It’s really productive to attend events with your colleagues to discuss and develop ideas that can be applied to your organisation so we have a multi offer where you can register two people you get the third half price.

Want to pay by invoice and book online? No problem

You can now secure your booking and pay by invoice online. Please ensure that you have a PO number/reference ready before you start the booking process. You won’t be able to complete the order without it. If you would like to book online less than 10 days before the conference online you will need to pay by card.

No VAT payable

There are no hidden costs in our prices – you won't pay VAT on your Customer Experience and Resident Engagement tickets.


Cancellations will be charged a £100 cancellation charge. The full fee is payable for any cancellation received 30 days before the event.

What's included in your ticket price?

The conference fee includes full access to all sessions at the conference venue, lunch and refreshments.


We seek to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all delegates attending any National Housing Federation event, whether it be in-person at a venue or virtually on our online event platform. Please note that filming and photography may be taking place at the conference for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be captured please let the conference staff know on the day or contact our marketing team.
